Refund policy

Digital products — please read before you buy. All our products are digital files delivered immediately after payment. Every page is shown on the product page so you can see exactly what you are buying.

Your right of withdrawal (EU/UK)

When you complete your order you ask us to make the files available straight away and you acknowledge that, once the download is available, you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. For this reason we cannot accept returns or give refunds once the files have been made available, except where the law requires it.

Faulty files

If a file is faulty, will not open, or is not as described, email us at hello@keepsfile.com with your order number. We will send a fresh copy or put it right straight away, and if we can't, we will refund you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

SPEDIZIONE → Shipping policy

All our products are digital. Nothing is posted and there is no shipping cost.

Delivery: immediately after payment. Your download link appears on the order confirmation page and is sent to the email address you used at checkout.
Where we deliver: worldwide — the files work in any country.
Formats: fillable PDF and print-ready PDF (A4 or US Letter). Family and Complete also include a tablet edition and a spreadsheet.
Can't find the email? Check your spam or promotions folder, or email hello@keepsfile.com with your order number and we will resend it.

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any purchase from Keepsfile. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. What we sell

Keepsfile sells The Family File and related digital organisers ("Products"). The Products help you record where your information is kept and what you would like to happen. They are not a will, are not legal, financial or tax advice, and do not replace advice from a qualified professional. Rules differ from country to country; always check the official guidance where you live.

2. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout and include any taxes required where you live, unless stated otherwise. Your contract with us is formed when we confirm your order by email.

3. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally, immediately after payment, by download link. Nothing is posted.

4. Your licence

When you buy a Product you receive a personal, non-transferable household licence: you may use, fill in and print the files for yourself and the members of your household and family covered by the edition you bought. You may not resell, share publicly, redistribute or upload the files, in whole or in part, or use them for commercial purposes.

5. Refunds

Because the Products are digital and delivered immediately, refunds are limited as described in our Refund Policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

6. Your information

What you write in your Family File stays on your own device or on paper; it is never sent to us. You should never write passwords or full account numbers in it. How we handle the personal data needed to process your order is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

We take care to make the Products accurate and useful, but we cannot guarantee that they suit every personal or legal situation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the Products. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
